Well (or as Daniel says, "wahy-el"), we frequently look at the weather forecast for Up North, and I don't think you have what WE have in our backyard today (in January, let me remind you!). It only makes sense, I suppose - since the cherry blossom festival is only 7 weeks away and strawberry pickin' will be right on the heels of that.
