We never thought it would happen, but it did! For the last seven days, the "snow chance" kept creeping up for Sunday's forecast. And a "winter weather advisory" was declared! Too funny! Mind you, there couldn't have been more than an inch on the ground (and none on the roads). But, guess what? The local school districts had canceled for Monday before the sun even set, and Macon State College soon followed!
Imagine that - a snow day with less than an inch of accumulation! We LOVE it down here!
