Just 5 weeks and counting! Can we do it without any more baby drama? =)
As most of you know, Angel developed the chicken pox virus (for the second time- had it as a child) while in NY for Jeff and Erin's wedding. Not fun! As soon as we got back to Georgia, we went to the doctor to check out Mr. Jason to make sure he was healthy. Since he was so far along, the ob didn't think that there were any negative affects on him, but did some tests just to make sure. We are happy to report that Mommy and baby are healthy and fine.
At every ultrasound, Jason has become shy and refuses to show us his beautiful face. During this one he actually lowered his arms down long enough for us to see his face, and we captured a quick picture of his profile before he covered it again. He's got the famous Biek baby chubby cheeks! The technician said that she could also see some peach fuzz hair growing on his little head.

He does not like the ultrasound wand, and was doing everything in his power to escape it! He was kicking and punching and fighting- all the while covering his face, just like a little boxer in the ring. Maybe we should have named him Rocky?
His growth is fantastic, and he's right on target for his age- actually he's measuring about a week or so larger, so he's going to be a big boy! He's a little over 4 pounds, and is expected to gain a half pound a week until he's born.
So in just 5 more weeks, we'll be holding our gorgeous little boy!
